Yoshihisa Furushita is a Ph.D. candidate in the field of multimedia forensics. His research focuses on image and video forgeries, specifically within the context of HEIF (High Efficiency Image File Format) images and videos encoded with the H.265/HEVC video encoding standard. He graduated with a Master of Science in Digital Forensics from the Tallinn University of Technology and the University of Tartu, Estonia, in 2021.
