– May 9th deadline to upload the poster. A link will be given once registered to upload the poster.

PhD students that are interested in giving a talk should keep in mind the following dates:
– May 5th registration deadline.
– May 20th deadline to upload the slides for the presentation. A link will be given once registered to upload the presentation.

The main event will take place on May 22nd, 2025 in Santa Marta. Talks will be given in room 045 (possibly with streaming in room 060), whilst the poster session will take place in the area in front of the Engineering Library.
