– May 5th May 8th registration deadline.
– May 12th deadline to upload the poster. A link will be given once registered to upload the poster.

PhD students that are interested in giving a talk should keep in mind the following dates:
– May 12th registration deadline.
– May 21st deadline to upload the slides for the presentation. A link will be given once registered to upload the presentation.

The main event will take place on May 23rd, 2024 in Santa Marta. Talks will be given in room 060 (possibly with streaming in room 045), whilst the poster session will take place in the area in front of the Engineering Library.
